Please use the form below for joining the fanlisting. Hit the submit button only once, as your application is entered into the database, and ready for approval. The fields marked with "*" are required. If any of the required fields are left blank, I'll send an email asking for the correct information. Otherwise, your submission will not be accepted.
If there are any hiccups, feel free to shoot me an email.

Rules

1. Have to be a fan of Cure Summer, obviously.
2. Your name, email and country are required fields. For your name, you can use an alias just as long as it's appropriate.
3. Having a website is not required. However, if you do have a website and want it linked, I ask that you add one of my buttons to your site and link it back here.
4. No direct links or hot links. (meaning, don't just copy the image link and paste it to your site.) Please save and upload buttons to your own server.
5. If you need to change or update information do not resubmit your listing. Instead, I ask that you use the update form linked above.
